FEMA registration procedure The Indian Party intending to earn an overseas direct investment under the automatic route is required to fill up kind ODI duly supported by the records listed therein, i.e., a certified copy of the Board Resolution, Statutory Auditors Certification and Valuation report (in case of acquisition of an existing company) according to the evaluation norms listed in response to and approach an Authorized Dealer (designated Authorized Dealer) to get investing/remittance.
